Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Instructions :

After a long period during which scientific conferences have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, we look forward to welcoming you, hopefully in-person once again, Indian Myeloma Congress - 2026, 8th Annual meeting of IMAGe from 09th to 11th January 2026 at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi.

IMAGe welcomes all delegates to submit their abstracts of original work for the 8th Annual Conference of IMAGe.

  • File Name of Your Abstract Should be: IMC2026_YourName
  • Submitting an abstract DOES NOT register you for the 'Indian Myeloma Conference 2026'.
  • The abstract presenter must register for the conference. Please visit the Registration page to register.
  • The abstracts must contain original content which is not published prior to this conference.
  • Original articles/ Indian Data will be given preference for Oral presentation.
  • As the official language for the conference is English, the abstracts must be submitted & presented in English only.
  • The abstract should not be more than 350 words, which should be typed in the box provided in the abstract submission form.
  • All abstracts should be in the Specific format given in "Abstract Submission Form". It is mandatory. (Font Size - Calibri Body, Font - 11 Pts. Word limit - 350 words)
  • Abstracts have to be based on any aspects of Plasma Cell Dyscrasias

    7. Plasma Cell Leukaemia

    9. Immunological aspects of myeloma
    10. Nephrological
    11. neurological
    12. rheumatological
    13. orthopaedics
    14. RT aspects of Myeloma
  • The format of abstract submission is as follows:
  • Title: The title of the abstract must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS with the exception of scientific names, which should be in upper and lower-case forms and italicized.
  • Objectives: State the main objective of the study
  • Materials and methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted
  • Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics
  • Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those that are directly supported by the result.

Authors are allowed to submit one illustration (table/ graph /clinical, radiological, microscopic image etc.) with their abstract.
Once the abstract is submitted, NO REVISIONS/ EDITING will be allowed.
The abstracts sent in the mail will not be accepted for review.
Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for Poster/Oral presentation will be sent to the author to the email provided while submitting the abstract.
One presenting author can submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be considered for the oral platform or the award.
Best 10 abstracts will be presented as Oral Papers, there stay/ travel will be concessionalised with additional cash/book prize.
Exciting prizes for winners of Oral and Poster presentations to be announced on the last day of the conference.
The presenters will also get a Participation certificate of presentation.
If the presenter wishes to withdraw the abstract, he/ she can do so by sending a request in writing to indianmyelomacongress@gmail.com
