Abstract Guidelines

Rule for E-Posters:

  1. Date & Time: (Exact time shall be announced by 05 Jan 2025)
  2. Poster abstracts will be presented in PDF format.
  3. Once you have prepared your abstract for presentation (as a PowerPoint slide—1 page/ slide only), please save the file in PDF format and send it to imcabstract2025@gmail.com.
  4. How to save your slide to PDF:
    1. In PowerPoint, select File > Export.
    2. Click Create PDF/XPS Document, then click Create PDF/XPS.
    3. In the Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, choose a location to save the file to.
    4. Click Publish.
  5. The oral presentation will be 03 minutes each (2 minutes for presentation + 1 minute for discussion)
  6. Using a uniform background color, text size, text color, and font throughout your slide presentation makes it easier for the audience to follow the flow of your ideas.
  7. E-Posters will be presented in a Seminar Hall in front of the Judges.
