This year, all the oral presenters (mini-oral and primary oral) will receive a Dr. Tapan Saikia Traveling Fellowship (to offset the cost of travel partially) and a Dr. Reena Nair Education Grant (to offset the lodging and boarding cost partially).
The best six mini orals will be selected for the Main orals, of which the top three will win prizes (in addition to the traveling fellowship and education grant). There are no separate prizes for mini-orals.
The E-poster presenters are not eligible for any traveling fellowship or Education grant. The top three papers in each category will receive separate prizes.
If a student cannot present his paper/poster, then it can be presented by any co-author registered for the conference, subject to the condition that the same is intimated to the organizing committee before 01 Jan 2025. All withdrawal of abstracts should also be done before 01 Jan 2025 at imcabstract2025@gmail.com/+91 9820620418.
The Prizes for the Oral papers & Posters will follow the IMAGe-credit system, which will be announced during the conference, wherein students can draw the prize amount from IMAGe within the next 12 months* (Conditions apply).
All abstracts will be published on the IMAGe website. Presenters who have objections to this must inform the organizers before 01 Jan 2025 on imcabstract2025@gmail.com/+91 9820620418.
